Phoenix Smile is looking for a friendly, organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a smooth patient experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient check‑in and check‑out

• Answer and return phone calls, emails, and text messages

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Maintain accurate patient information in Dentrix

• Support the clinical team with daily flow

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Dental front office experience preferred

• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
