Receptionists Needed – Pediatric Office

Our busy pediatric office is seeking two friendly and organized Receptionists to join our team:

• 1 position in Miami Beach
• 1 position in Hollywood

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families in a warm, professional manner
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and collect copays
• Manage patient check-in and check-out
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR system

Requirements:

• Previous medical office experience preferred (pediatrics a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
