About the Role:
Pathways to Purpose in Cleveland, OH is looking for a passionate and organized Youth Care Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to youth care staff and program coordinators
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to youth services and case management
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and program activities for staff and youth participants
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and compliance documentation for youth care programs
  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for youth, families, and community partners
  • Support intake processes and help coordinate referrals to appropriate services
  • Assist with preparing program materials, newsletters, and communications
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience, ideally in a social services or nonprofit setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and youth-friendly demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
