A Restaurant Line Cook is an essential member of a medium-sized kitchen team, typically consisting of 6-10 members. Responsible for preparing and cooking food to restaurant standards, the line cook plays a key role in ensuring timely plate assembly and maintaining sanitation. This position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and supports the kitchen operations to deliver a quality dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards
• Cook menu items consistently and efficiently
• Assemble plates to meet presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in restaurant cooking
