Outside Sales Representative (Part-Time) P&N Professional Cleaning LLC Location: Clinton, TN (Serving Clinton, Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Powell, Farragut, and surrounding areas) Pay $23.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission There is no limit to how much you can earn. The more recurring contracts you bring in, the more money you make! About Us P&N Professional Cleaning LLC is a fast-growing professional cleaning company serving residential, commercial, office, church, medical office, warehouse, apartment, property management, move-in/move-out, Airbnb, and post-construction clients. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help us expand throughout East Tennessee. Responsibilities Prospect new residential and commercial clients. Make cold calls to businesses and homeowners. Schedule appointments with potential customers. Visit prospects and present our cleaning services. Build long-term customer relationships. Follow up with leads and estimates. Distribute door hangers and marketing materials. Attend networking opportunities and community events. Meet weekly sales goals. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently. Commission Structure $50 for every recurring residential cleaning account. $200 for every recurring office, church, or medical office cleaning contract. $500 or more for every warehouse, apartment complex, industrial facility, property management company, or other large commercial recurring cleaning contract.
