Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Time Management - The ability to make it work on time and also show exceptional speed and efficiency during peak hours. Start time is at 5:45am - Do No bother if you aren't a morning person.
    • Dependability- Very strong reliability to work early morning hours
  • Cooking Expertise: The ability to operate fryers, flat-top grills, and excel with great speed in making breakfast sandwiches. Ability to follow and execute modifications, wrap and cut sandwiches in a timely and neat fashion.
  • Food Prep: Prepare breakfast items while maintaining food safety protocol, and quality/ presentation standards.
  • Station Management: The Ability to follow checklists, set up and break down your station.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Comply with food safety, cleanliness regulations.
    • Must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Communication: The ability to work in a team setting; communicate, listen and the ability to focus during peak hours. Must be able to take feedback.
  • Must be able to work weekend shifts.
