Job description

Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist (part time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) to join our growing team at our Little York office.

At OA, we do more than deliver expert orthopedic careโ€”we take pride in building a workplace culture rooted in professionalism, positivity, and respect. Since 1985, our patients have trusted us with their care, and we believe that every team member plays a vital role in that experience.

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Committed to excellence in patient care and imaging quality
  • Kind and respectful in every interactionโ€”with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Professional and dependable, showing pride in their work and supporting a collaborative, uplifting environment
  • Positive and adaptable, contributing to a workplace where people enjoy coming to work each day

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic exams with accuracy, compassion, and attention to patient comfort
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support efficient, high-quality care
  • Maintain equipment and imaging records with professionalism and pride
  • Serve as a trusted resource to patients, providing reassurance and clear communication
  • This position can cover the following locations: Hamilton (day shift), Centerville (day shift or after-hours clinic), Fairborn (day shift).

What We Offer:

  • A supportive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career
  • A workplace that celebrates mutual respect, compassion, and integrity

Required Education and Experience:

  • RT or AART license
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.

Work Authorization

  • Must be able to provide required documentation stating that the employee is legal to work in the United States.

EEO

  • Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry or age (40 years of age and over), qualified individuals with disabilities, or any other factors protected by federal, state or local law.
