Orthodontist Practice

We're an orthodontic practice looking for a Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for our patients — setting the tone for every visit with a friendly, professional presence at the front desk and over the phone.

We're looking for someone organized, personable, and comfortable managing a fast-paced front office. You'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day running smoothly and making sure every patient feels welcome and well taken care of.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (yes, a real-3 day weekend, every week)

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and office flow
• Handle check-in/check-out, payments, and insurance verification
• Answer calls and emails, and respond to patient questions with patience and clarity
• Maintain an organized, efficient front office
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day on track

• Dental or orthodontic front office experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
