We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance and Mowing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, maintenance, and mowing, with a passion for delivering high-quality service in a timely and professional manner. This role involves working on residential and commercial properties, ensuring our clients' lawns and landscapes are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing: Operate commercial-grade mowers and related equipment to maintain lawns at residential and commercial properties.

• Landscape Maintenance: Perform various landscaping tasks, including weeding, edging, trimming, and pruning shrubs and trees.

• Seasonal Clean-up: Assist with spring and fall clean-up activities, including leaf removal, debris clearing, and mulching.

• Fertilization and Treatment: Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care treatments according to safety guidelines and best practices.

• Equipment Care: Properly maintain and service lawn care equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

• Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others on the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or a related field (preferred).

• Ability to operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

• Knowledge of plants, lawn care techniques, and maintenance practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Time management skills and the ability to work independently..

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
