Responsabilidades
  • Etiqueta y almacena todos los ingredientes
  • Lava, pica y mezcla grandes cantidades de verduras, carnes y otros ingredientes
  • Garantiza que los ingredientes estén frescos y comprobando la temperatura de almacenamiento a intervalos regulares
  • Sigue todas las pautas relevantes de nutrición y saneamiento
  • Sigue constantemente recetas precisas
  • Desecha los alimentos en mal estado y otros materiales de desecho
  • Mantiene la limpieza y garantiza que la cocina cumpla con las normas de salud y seguridad

Calificaciones
