Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Champion Patient-Centered Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centric services while promoting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives, foster creativity and collaboration, and manage conflicts across clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Community Engagement: Support the practice's charitable mission by partnering with schools, social services, and health-based agencies to improve community health
  • Clinical and Operational Leadership: Supervise physicians and APCs, oversee orientation and mentoring, contribute to hiring decisions, and collaborate on departmental budgeting and practice finances

Required Qualifications:

  • Board Certified
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Experience in a leadership or administrative role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of clinical leadership experience
  • Understanding of basic quality assessment and improvement methods
