Our telehealth platform facilitates seamless communication with clients, ensuring that you can focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without the distractions of a traditional office setting. As part of our commitment to mental wellness, we prioritize the well-being of our staff, offering flexible scheduling options that accommodate your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality client care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique aspects of each case.
  • Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay informed about current mental health research and best practices, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software to document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently, minimizing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our organization is particularly dedicated to assisting individuals and families with limited access to traditional mental health services, thereby improving their overall quality of life and contributing positively to the community.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and related technologies is necessary.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities beyond those mentioned, allowing for a broader range of intervention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Access to malpractice insurance, ensuring peace of mind as you practice.
