HR & Recruiting Specialist | Part-Time | Remote

Are you a college student or recent grad interested in HR and talent acquisition? We're a growing mid-size company hiring a part-time HR & Recruiting Specialist to support our people operations — fully remote with flexible hours.

Hours: 20–30 hrs/week
Compensation: [$/hr] — paid

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support recruiting: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Help coordinate HR programs and internal communications
• Research HR best practices and assist with policy documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• People-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Prior HR or admin experience is a plus — not required!
