  • Position is 100% remote. It is open to candidates to be on company's W2 pay. It is not open for C2C or sub-vending.
  • Primary focus is centralizing OEM Energy's knowledge base and creating a single source of truth for customer-facing and internal information.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity, usability, and accessibility across multiple teams.
  • Role supports a highly cross-functional environment, partnering with customer success, customer care, and external vendors.

  • Review content for accuracy, update outdated information, and remove obsolete content.
  • Establish governance standards and maintain database hygiene.
  • Track knowledge base effectiveness through accuracy, usage, findability, and overall impact metrics.
  • Weekly meetings with leadership to review progress and priorities.
  • Workload will be high initially while information is centralized, with periodic spikes as new products launch or vendor relationships are introduced.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Documentation Management, or similar fields.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience with a high school diploma is acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge management architecture experience preferred over technical writing experience.
  • Renewable energy or EV industry experience is a plus.
