- Sales Access: Work with large public sector accounts, offering on-site access to promote and communicate our benefits packages, close sales and grow your network through referrals.
- Top-Notch Training: Benefit from one of the nation's premier training programs, with hands-on learning both in the (virtual) classroom and in the field, guided by top leaders in the industry.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy high earning potential with a competitive commission-based structure and additional incentives, such as international trips.
- Agents: $60,000 - $85,000+
- District Managers: Potential 50% increase over agent earnings.
- Work-Life Balance: Work Monday through Friday, with no evening, weekend, or holiday requirements.
Your Role:
- Learn and apply our proven systems to effectively communicate voluntary benefits to clients.
- Collaborate and contribute within a high-performance team environment.
- Cultivate and manage relationships within large public sector accounts.
- Embrace ongoing learning opportunities and mentorship to develop your leadership skills.
