Role Description The LPC/LMFT or LPC Associate will provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in a full-time hybrid role based in Longview, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy tailored to client needs. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and following all ethical and legal standards of practice. The clinician will participate in regular supervision or consultation, engage in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. In-office sessions will be required on designated days, with remote telehealth sessions scheduled as appropriate for clients and agency needs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LPC Associate in good standing (supervision agreement in place for associates), with adherence to all state board regulations.
• Demonstrated skills in individual, couple, and family counseling, including assessment, treatment planning, and use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong clinical documentation skills, including timely and accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients, practice cultural humility, and maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and basic technology needed for hybrid in-person and remote service delivery.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary team and coordinating care with external providers when needed.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development; experience with trauma-informed care or specialized clinical areas is a plus.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled sessions, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
