Available Shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Daily, long-term coverage needed)
- Overnight coverage may also be needed (3-day rotation)
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM (ongoing)
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (C2C)
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Daily Coverage)Â

What You’ll Do:
As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions, you’ll help our seniors stay safe, comfortable, and happy at home by:
- Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and ensure schedule adherence
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support safe mobility and transfers using assistive devices (gait belt, Hoyer lift, walker, wheelchair)
- Ensure client safety through supervision and structured routines
- Monitor behavior such as pacing or restlessness
- Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (Parkinson’s, dementia, or long-term care preferred)
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers
- Strong attention to detail, especially medication timing
- Calm, patient, and dependable in emotionally sensitive situations
- Comfortable with long shifts (8 AM – 8 PM) and possible overnight rotation
- Strong communication skills for reporting changes in client condition
