OPAL-RT accomplit une partie importante de sa mission en offrant des produits de pointe, avec la contribution de sa division Electrical Engineering Expertise (3E), developpant et fournissant des fonctionnalites adaptees aux differents axes techniques de ses clients, ainsi que des services specialises et des formations dans des domaines techniques innovants. La division 3E couvre differents marches verticaux, notamment les systemes d'alimentation et l'electronique de puissance, le transport electrique et les controles et protections intelligents.

Sommaire du poste
:

Le titulaire du poste supporte l'equipe de planification de production. Il est en charge de produire les BOM, bon de travail et dessins techniques d'apercu du materiel des systemes standards en Visio.

Principales taches
:

• Creer et maintenir les BOMs et bon de travails requis pour commandes internes et clients.

• Creation des dessins d'apercu du materiel des systemes standards en Visio

• Assurer une planification efficace des matieres premieres

• Maintenir MRP, suivi des commandes,ajuster le plan de production et le readapter en fonction des imprevus et de l'environnement externe. Informer l'equipe et les vendeurs de tout retard ou risque de retard eventuel.

• Assister les chefs de production et de la gestion des materiaux dans la recherche de solutions.

• Analyser, identifier et etablir les opportunites d'amelioration des processus et des methodes.

• Suivre les politiques de la compagnie ainsi que celle du departement de planification.

Exigences
:

• Scolarite
  :Un diplome collegial en planification, en chaine d'approvisionnement, genie industriel, gestion des operations, economie; ou l'equivalent.

• Experience
  :1-3 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire.

• Connaissances requises :Une expertise pour les processus de planification, les activites de distribution

• Connaissance des outils suivants :Competences informatiques, dont Microsoft Office et ERP (Business Central), Visio.

• Competences linguistiques :Francais obligatoire; la connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour la lecture de certains documents techniques disponibles uniquement en anglais.

• Competences personnelles recherchees :Une bonne capacite d'analyse, de leadership, de responsabilisation, d'organisation et de resolution de problemes; la capacite de communiquer efficacement avec les dirigeants d'equipe et avec les partenaires de sites a propos de problemes complexes; d''excellentes competences pour la prise de decisions et l'analyse proactives.

OPAL-RT fulfills an important part of its mission by offering cutting-edge products, with the contribution of its Electrical Engineering Expertise (3E) division, which develops and provides features tailored to the various technical needs of its clients, as well as specialized services and training in innovative technical fields. The 3E division covers various vertical markets, including power systems and power electronics, electric transportation, and smart controls and protection systems.

Position Summary:

The incumbent supports the production planning team. They are responsible for preparing BOMs, work orders, and technical material overview drawings for standard systems in Visio.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the BOMs and work orders required for internal and customer orders.

• Create material overview drawings for standard systems in Visio

• Ensure effective raw material planning

• Maintain MRP, track orders, adjust the production plan, and adapt it according to unforeseen circumstances and the external environment. Inform the team and vendors of any delays or potential risks of delays.

• Assist production and material management leads in finding solutions.

• Analyze, identify, and establish opportunities for process and method improvements.

• Follow company policies as well as those of the planning department.

• Perform other related duties.

Requirements:

• Education: College diploma in planning, supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, economics; or equivalent.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Required knowledge: Expertise in planning processes and distribution activities.

• Knowledge of the following tools: Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP (Business Central), Visio.

• Language skills: French is mandatory; knowledge of English is required to read certain technical documents available only in English.

• Desired personal skills: Strong analytical, leadership, accountability, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively with team leaders and site partners regarding complex issues; excellent proactive decision-making and analytical skills.
