Our highly regarded therapy department is situated on our first floor, equipped with a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and a peaceful subacute wing for short-term patients transitioning from hospital to home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and medication administration

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must possess a Certificate in Nursing (LPN) with 2+ years of experience

• Must be willing to work a weekend schedule
