This role operates entirely in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through synchronous video calls tailored to adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and medical providers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to evaluate client improvements and collaboratively adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our cutting-edge, AI-integrated electronic medical records (EMR) system, providing reminders for follow-ups and check-ins.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, each dealing with different mental health challenges. Your role will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, where clients feel empowered to address their issues and achieve their goals. By delivering targeted interventions, you will play a vital role in fostering emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of New York; multi-state licenses are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated commitment to practicing culturally responsive care and inclusivity in therapy.
• Strong technical skills and comfort in utilizing digital solutions to enhance the clinical experience.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions for individual adults.
• Proficiency in treating a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, preferably within a telehealth model.
• Experience in collaborating with other professionals to deliver holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, adjusted according to caseload and experience.
