Chef De Projet Omnicanal E-Commerce (H/F)

Numendo is looking for a Chief Project Manager Omnichannel E-Commerce (H/F) to join their teams in Paris or Geneva.

Responsibilities of the Chief Project Manager Omnichannel E-Commerce (H/F):

As a Chief Project Manager Omnichannel (e)commerce, you will work within the digital teams of one of our clients in the e-commerce sector. Your main duties include:

• Analyzing client needs and identifying business and technical processes to implement
• Designing the functional and technical aspects of the project
• Defining and monitoring the established schedule
• Writing functional specifications
• Managing testing and acceptance
• Maintaining relationships between different teams

Skills Required for the Chief Project Manager Omnichannel E-Commerce (H/F):

The required skills for the Chief Project Manager Omnichannel (e)commerce are:

• Significant experience of at least 4 years as a Chief Project Manager Omnichannel
• In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and its various components: CMS, OMS, CRM, Customer Service, PIM, DAM
• Good understanding of an e-commerce architecture and its flow diagram
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
• Proficiency in Jira and writing user stories
• Experience and/or certification in a SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) environment would be a plus
