Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Buena Vista Regional Medical Center! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals .
We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Storm Lake, IA. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Caseload includes: Gen Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Obstetrics, and ENT
Compensation: W2 or 1099 options
• $305,000 W2 option plus benefits
• 480 hours of PTO
• $350,000 1099 option available
• $25k Sign on bonus

Qualifications:
• Candidates with strong independent practice experience including regional and
neuraxial anesthesia
• All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.
• Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the
hospitals where they will have privileges.
• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
• Must have solid decision-making ability.
• Current certification as a CRNA with an IA license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
