Job description

Location: New York City (Hybrid - 4 days per week)
Compensation: $160,000-180,000 + Variable Compensation + Equity

Novify is hiring on behalf of a confidential, venture-backed fraud prevention and security infrastructure company protecting users, applications, and institutions across the on-chain ecosystem.

The company provides enterprise-grade technology trusted by some of the largest wallets, exchanges, protocols, fintechs, and digital asset platforms globally. Its platform screens transactions and application interactions in real time to detect and prevent scams, hacks, malicious transactions, and other on-chain threats before they reach users.

As the company continues its rapid global growth, they are looking for an experienced BDR Manager to lead and scale their Business Development team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this person will own the outbound motion end to end, including the people, playbook, performance, and pipeline contribution. The BDR team works closely with the Account Executive organisation, feeding qualified opportunities directly into the sales pipeline, although the two functions have separate reporting lines.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who combines structured, data-driven management with a genuine ability to coach early-career representatives into high-performing commercial talent.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed BDR team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Run structured one-to-ones, call and email reviews, performance coaching, and individual development plans.
  • Coach representatives on engaging technical buyers across security, infrastructure, and engineering.
  • Own the team's pipeline contribution, including targets, forecasting, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable across regions.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to improve qualification criteria and opportunity handovers.
  • Hire and scale the BDR function globally, including establishing the interview bar and accelerating new-hire ramp time.
  • Build a strong bench of BDRs ready to progress into Account Executive and other commercial roles.
  • Continuously improve outbound positioning, messaging, sequencing, and target-account strategy.
  • Establish operating rhythms that keep a distributed team aligned across multiple time zones.
  • Own the BDR technology stack, reporting standards, and data quality.
  • Use performance data to identify what works and continuously strengthen the outbound motion.
What We're Looking For
  • 4-5+ years of experience managing BDR or SDR teams within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience leading a distributed or multi-region team.
  • Proven success building teams that consistently achieve or exceed pipeline targets.
  • Experience managing or coaching BDRs selling to technical stakeholders across security, infrastructure, or engineering.
  • Credible professional or serious personal knowledge of crypto, Web3, or digital assets.
  • Strong quantitative approach to performance management, target setting, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrable coaching results, including representatives you have hired, ramped, developed, and promoted.
  • Strong understanding of how BDR activity translates into qualified Account Executive pipeline.
  • Experience creating development pathways from BDR into Account Executive or other commercial roles.
  • Fluency with outbound positioning and modern sales technology, including CRM, sequencing, engagement, and prospecting platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the operating discipline required to lead a global team.
  • Based in the New York City area and able to work from the Manhattan office four days per week.
  • Existing authorisation to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
  • Experience scaling a BDR function into new international regions.
  • Experience within fraud prevention, cybersecurity, technical infrastructure, or developer platforms.
  • An established network across crypto, fintech, or cybersecurity go-to-market.
  • Experience working within a high-growth or venture-backed technology company.
Why This Role
  • Build and scale the global outbound function for a leading fraud prevention and security infrastructure company.
  • Own a critical part of the company’s global pipeline strategy.
  • Develop the next generation of commercial talent and create progression into closing roles.
  • Partner closely with senior Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Work alongside world-class Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Competitive compensation including variable earnings and equity.
  • Help drive adoption of technology protecting millions of users from fraud, scams, hacks, and malicious onchain activity.
Note:

Due to the confidential nature of the search, additional company information will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
