Your Responsibilities:

• Engage New Business – Generate new opportunities through proactive prospecting, outbound activity, and relationship building.
• Sales Excellence – Execute Novatech’s sales process with discipline, accountability, and consistency.
• Local Networking – Develop relationships within the Cape Girardeau business community to expand market presence.
• Become an Expert – Build technical understanding across Novatech’s solutions to deliver consultative value to clients.
• Relationship Building – Engage decision makers and executive leaders with confidence, credibility, and positive energy.
• Achieve Goals – Manage your territory effectively while meeting and exceeding activity and revenue expectations.

What You Bring to Novatech:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Outside sales experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Must reside within the Cape Girardeau, MO market or reasonable commuting distance to support the local territory
