About the Role

North Studio is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support through phone, email, and live chat.

You will help customers with questions, orders, account updates, and service-related concerns while ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of North Studio. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, Team Lead, and other departments to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Occasional regional travel may be required to support team activities, training sessions, or operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat

  • Provide accurate information about North Studio’s products and services

  • Process customer orders, requests, and account updates

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle complaints calmly and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to confirm that their concerns have been resolved

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system

  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of North Studio’s services, policies, and processes

  • Work collaboratively with customer service colleagues and other departments

  • Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with management

  • Support initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities

  • Confident problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to manage several tasks and customer conversations efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail when entering or updating information

  • Professional, patient, and solutions-oriented approach

  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment
