Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Description
Looking for HHA to cover North Shore. 
Position Summary
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes while promoting safety, comfort, dignity, and independence under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Responsibilities
  •  Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility 
  •  Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping 
  •  Provide companionship and emotional support 
  •  Observe and report changes in client condition 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans 
  •  Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies 
Qualifications
  •  Completion of a Home Health Aide training program 
  •  Current HHA certification 
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to work independently and assist clients safely 
  •  CPR certification 
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist clients with daily activities as needed.
