About the Role:
Join Nortex Security LLC as a Level 3 Security Guard, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about protecting people and property while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all.
• Assist in emergency response situations and coordinate with local law enforcement.
• Stay updated on security protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Valid Level 3 Security License in Texas.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient in using security technology and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
