About the Role 

Nordic Pure is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product and Operational Support Manager to support product development, product management, office operations, accounts payable, and cross-functional business processes at our Celina, Texas office. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of products, operations, data accuracy, quality standards, vendors, and internal coordination. The Product and Operational Support Manager will play a key role in supporting new and existing air filtration product offerings, including researching potential filter sizes, maintaining specification sheets, assisting with product quality reviews, coordinating SKU updates, resolving product-related issues, and helping ensure new offerings meet Nordic Pure standards before launch. 

This position also helps keep the office and administrative side of the business running efficiently by supporting office workflow, vendor coordination, accounts payable processes, reporting, documentation, and leadership projects. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, analytical, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

Compensation and Schedule: $62,000 to $72,000 annually 

Hybrid schedule based in Celina, Texas, with four days onsite and one day remote, typically Friday. Some Fridays may be required onsite based on operational needs, and flexibility is required. 

What You’ll Do 

Product Development and Product Management 

• Research and evaluate air filter sizes for potential product offerings. 
• Maintain and update product specification sheets to ensure products and packaging meet quality standards. 
• Support new product development projects from concept through launch. 
• Perform quality control inspections on current products and assist with product review processes. 
• Address issues with returned filters, including documentation, repackaging, reconditioning, and follow-up as needed. 
• Oversee SKU data adjustments to support accurate inventory management and product records. 
• Review product data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across internal systems. 
• Work closely with the manufacturer’s team to ensure new offerings meet Nordic Pure standards before launch. 
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve product concerns, quality issues, or product data discrepancies. 
• Assist with product testing, packaging review, quality inspections, and launch readiness activities. 
• Create, update, and improve processes and procedures that support product accuracy, quality, and departmental efficiency. 
• Identify opportunities to improve product-related workflows, documentation, and communication across teams. 

Operations and Office Management 

• Oversee day-to-day office workflow and help ensure the Celina office runs smoothly and efficiently. 
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, service contracts, and related inventory. 
• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager on repairs, maintenance, and facility-related needs for the Celina office. 
• Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers. 
• Help improve office processes, administrative procedures, and internal workflows. 
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and scan and forward designated mail as required. 
• Manage calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements. 
• Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and internal communications. 
• Assist leadership with special projects, follow-up items, and operational initiatives. 
• Serve as a point of contact for visitors, deliveries, mail, vendors, and general office inquiries. 
• Support internal coordination between departments to help ensure timely communication and follow-through. 

Accounts Payable and Accounting Support 

• Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices and payments. 
• Upload invoices to Microsoft Teams and record transactions in NetSuite ERP. 
• Obtain internal approvals prior to payment processing. 
• Review accounts payable aging with management. 
• Prepare and print checks and process approved electronic payments. 
• Match credit card transactions in NetSuite and retain proper documentation. 
• Monitor the shared Accounting email inbox and route inquiries appropriately. 
• Maintain accurate vendor files and ensure W 9 documentation is on file. 
• Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable when needed. 
• Support the Accounting team and external accounting firm with year-end close and special projects. 
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and company information at all times. 
• Help document and improve administrative and accounting processes. 

Employee and Administrative Support 

• Welcome new hires onsite and help ensure a positive first day experience. 
• Provide office tours and introduce new hires to key work areas. 
• Coordinate seating locations, workspace readiness, and office keys or access items as applicable. 
• Maintain onsite employee files and required documentation. 
• Help coordinate training acknowledgments and policy sign-offs for onsite staff as needed. 
• Support employee events, recognition, and culture initiatives. 
• Ensure compliance posters are properly posted and maintained. 

What You Bring 

• Previous experience in product development support, product management coordination, operations management, office management, accounting support, administrative management, or a similar cross-functional role. 
• Strong interest in product development, product accuracy, quality standards, process improvement, and operational execution. 
• Ability to work with product specifications, SKU data, inventory records, vendor information, and detailed documentation. 
• Hands-on accounts payable experience required. 
• Experience using NetSuite ERP strongly preferred. 
• Experience in the air filter, manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution, e-commerce, or product-based industry is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on open items. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach. 
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential business, financial, and employee information.
