Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Full-Time or Part-Time

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking an on-site Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings in the North Bay region. Candidates selected for this opportunity will be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus if they come onboard in a Full Time capacity! Qualified candidates must reside in the North Bay region with easy access to Napa, Sonoma, Marin, Petaluma and Santa Rosa.

What You’ll Do

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff)
Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders
Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases

Qualifications

MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health; ANCC PMHNP certification
Experience in psychotropic medication management
Active DEA
(Optional) Family Nurse Practitioners with 3–5 years of psych experience will be considered
