Job description

Join our Parts/Customer Service Team! Nolt's Power in Loysville is looking for an individual who enjoys fast-paced interaction with customers. Strong computer skills and an understanding of the power equipment industry will be an asset. We are looking for someone who:
1. Loves to serve people, builds relationships, is willing to go above and beyond.
2. General familiarity with power equipment.
3. Loves learning and solving technical mechanical problems.
4. Pays attention to detail and appreciates meeting customer's needs.
5. Has a positive attitude and contributes to the team.
6. Wants to be part of a company culture that places high value on people, ethics, and integrity.
Daily duties will include:
  • Look up parts as needed and quote prices on parts of many brands of outdoor power equipment
  • Help customers determine what parts they need
  • Assist Nolt's Power Technicians determine parts needed for repairs if requested
  • Respond to parts requests quickly and accurately
  • Become proficient in selling parts, especially for the brand's Nolt's Power is an Authorized Dealer

This position requires working on some Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, especially in the months of April, May and June.
