Experienced Aesthetic Injector – Part-Time

Nolo Medspa & Wellness is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and highly motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate. We are looking for a confident, personable injector who is an excellent listener, understands patient goals, and is motivated to build strong relationships, retain patients, and grow their schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

·      Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required

·      Current professional license and credentials required to inject

·      Strong knowledge of facial and vascular anatomy

·      Ability to recognize and appropriately manage adverse events, complications, and aesthetic emergencies

·      Strong understanding of injection safety and proper technique

·      Outgoing, professional, and approachable personality

·      Excellent listening, consultation, and communication skills

·      Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work autonomously

·      Strong aesthetic assessment and treatment-planning skills

·      Knowledge and/or experience with ZO Skin Health and professional skincare

·      Team-oriented and willing to cross-refer patients to other providers

·      Comfortable discussing treatment plans, skincare, memberships, packages, and complementary services

·      Committed to continued education and professional growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Perform aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments

·      Create personalized short- and long-term treatment plans

·      Educate patients on injectables, skincare, lasers, and other appropriate services

·      Recommend professional skincare and home-care regimens when appropriate

·      Build and retain a loyal patient base

·      Encourage rebooking and ongoing treatment plans

·      Work toward production, retention, rebooking, and sales goals

·      Cross-refer and collaborate with estheticians and other providers

·      Participate in social media, events, promotions, and practice-growth initiatives

·      Maintain accurate documentation and excellent patient follow-up
