Your Day-to-Day

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial heating (boiler and rooftop welcome), cooling, and air quality systems
• Advise customers honestly on comfort and efficiency options - no hard selling
• Mentor apprentice technicians
• Give input to your Service Manager on inventory, pricing, and training gaps

What You Bring

• Required: 3+ years continuous HVAC service experience, including boiler diagnostics/repair
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Core Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
• Strong electrical/refrigeration troubleshooting
• Experience mentoring other techs
• Clear communication with customers and coworkers
• Comfortable on a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Valid, insurable driver's license
• Rooftop experience and HVAC trade school certificate a plus
• Team-first, adaptable attitude
