Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the receiving, organization, and delivery of all warehouse product inventory & equipment.
  • Proficiency in knowledge of construction materials and ability to select quality materials.
    • Example Task: Pickup (20) 2x4x8 studs from Home Depot. Deliver to XXX job.
  • Must be proficient and able to deliver materials in excess of 50 lbs to jobsites using trucks, trailers, and or other equipment as required.
    • Example Task: Driving our company truck & 24 ft flatbed trailer. Pickup lumber at supplier and deliver to XXX residence. Organize and stack in the driveway. Wrap in tarp. When complete, take the dump trailer to the dump & deliver it to another job site.
  • Ensure all company equipment is kept in a clean working order and complete the monthly facilities maintenance as required.
    • Example Task: Change the air filters in the building furnaces quarterly. Ensure all trailers are locked properly.
  • Assist with production admin tasks & construction to do lists daily, such as demo, removing extra material off job sites, and trash removal.
    • Example Task: Deliver & assist our carpenters in setting up scaffolding on job site, assist with demo.

MUST HAVE:

Clean/safe driving record, ability to pass back background check, proficiency in driving trucks & trailers, lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 lbs daily.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Coordinator to join our growing design department and help manage the back end of the design process.
