Next Tech Systems is a smart home and low-voltage integration company serving Los Angeles and Orange County. We are seeking a Pre-Wire Technician to support residential new construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, route, and label low-voltage cabling (CAT6, speaker wire, security, and control wiring)
• Read and follow floor plans and wiring diagrams
• Install back boxes, brackets, and other rough-in components
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Support equipment installations and finishes as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with low-voltage pre-wire, electrical rough-in, or related construction work
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and active construction environments
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Experience with residential AV, networking, security, or home automation systems
• Basic understanding of construction plans and building practices
