Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and establish a clear understanding of their mental and emotional health.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and professional ethics.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on serving clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of California is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and colleagues.
• A natural inclination to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, fostering positive relationships with clients and healthcare providers.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, specifically dealing with trauma-informed care and mental health support.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software to manage case information and track client progress.
• Experience employing solution-focused therapy methods is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Next Step Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
