Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assisted Living Administrator located in West St Paul, MN. The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and that residents receive high-quality care. Census growth is number one for this facility. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing financial operations, creating and overseeing budgets, maintaining compliance with long-term care regulations, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. The Administrator will also engage with residents and families to address concerns, promote communication, and enhance the community experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Independent Living and Senior Living Communities
  • sales or census development experience
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Knowledge and experience in Long-term Care operations and regulations
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Leadership experience in managing teams within a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience as an Assisted Living Administrator or similar leadership role in senior living is an advantage
  • State-required licensure as an Assisted Living Director (or willingness to obtain)
