NexFlow Plumbing & Home Services is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team in Lancaster, Ohio.

We are looking for a technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and complete residential plumbing service work while maintaining strong safety and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include water heater installation and repair, gas piping and leak repair, sump pumps, fixture and faucet repair, drain and sewer work, toilet repairs, shower valves/cartridges, leak diagnostics, and general residential plumbing service.

The right candidate should be comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, explaining repairs, documenting work, and completing a thorough final safety and quality inspection before leaving each job.

Requirements:

• Residential service plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with gas-fired appliances and gas piping
• Ability to complete work safely without constant supervision
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and communication
• Willingness to ask for assistance when a situation is unfamiliar or uncertain
• Ability to use mobile dispatch/service software
• Ability to lift and carry typical plumbing equipment and materials
