Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging customer service and styling recommendations
• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer interaction
• Support cashier, fitting room, and sales floor operations
• Receive, organize, and replenish inventory
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and store goals

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar experience preferred
• Passion for fashion and the Cider brand
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handling stock shipments
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
