Job description

We are looking for a Tier II Support Engineer for our growing business. Duties include advisor to lower tier technicians, and customer account management for small business networks (under 150 employees). Employee Owned Company is a growing, 21-year-old consulting firm, supporting Northeast Ohio businesses.

Job Description

  • Experience supporting Apple and Microsoft Desktops/Laptops
  • System Admin experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN Network Infrastructure
  • Local travel to client sites as needed
  • Provide an excellent first-contact client experience
  • Own and solve tickets, provide a clear and efficient escalation experience for our clients when unable to resolve a ticket
  • Stage new hardware in preparation for deployment
  • Document common client issues as well as update client documentation
  • Work alongside team members
  • Strong ability to drive issues to resolution through research and working directly with other support engineers
  • Participates in making recommendations and design along with the Account Manager, evaluating hardware, software, and services solutions in alignment with customer's business objectives.
