Job description

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of fleet sales for neoRide. This role is responsible for generating profitable revenue through the acquisition of new fleet logos and strategic fleet partnerships, accelerating go-to-market initiatives, and expanding neoRide's market share.
This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. THIS POSITION IS REMOTE FROM ANY OF THESE STATES: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, KS, MD, MI, NJ, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new fleet opportunities within target markets.
    • Generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
    • Present tailored solutions that highlight Neology's tolling and mobility payment services.
  • Sales Execution & Revenue Growth:
    • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to customer implementation.
    • Consistently meet and exceed new business and total revenue targets.
    • Deliver compelling presentations that communicate the neoRide value proposition.
  • Strategic Market Engagement:
    • Represent neoRide and Neology at industry events, forums, and trade shows.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful sales collateral and campaigns.
    • Accelerate go-to-market initiatives through revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Product & Innovation Collaboration:
    • Identify emerging customer needs and market trends.
    • Provide actionable insights to the Product team to enhance neoRide offerings.
    • Contribute to the development of new products that increase customer wallet share.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or fleet sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in mobility, tolling, EV, or transportation technology sectors preferred.
  • Self-starter with a startup mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong adaptability to evolving customer and market needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
