We are looking for someone who has knowledge & experience with heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, & vehicles. We work with Towbooks so knowledge of that software is a huge plus! Competitive pay based on experience.
Shifts:
1st shift : 7a-3p
2nd shift: 3p-11p
3rd shift: 11p-7a
All shifts can be Flexible

Responsibilities:
- Handles all calls for towing and hauling services for vehicles, equipment and other items in a professional and timely manner. Calls include, accidents, moving various equipment, flat tires, trespass tows, etc.
- Dispatch drivers to their destinations efficiently
- Prioritize calls dispatched to the drivers
- Knowledge of function and capacity of all equipment dispatched
- Ability to adapt to change, work under stressful conditions, and a fast paced environment
- Provide appropriate estimated and time of arrivals
- Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public
- Answering multiple phones lines
- Ability to defuse a stressful situation
- Proven experience in towing dispatching
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strongly skilled in organization and attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
