Salary: $65-$85/year

Position Summary:

Nebulas.co is seeking a motivated Service desk Agent to help build, maintain and strengthen internal and client-facing service desk solutions. This role focuses on modern development practices, API integration, and emerging AI initiatives within a secure and well-governed environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Request triage, routing, and prioritization
• SLA monitoring and queue management
• Equipment Shipping and Receiving
• Inventory and asset tracking
• User Onboarding / Offboarding Support
• Resolve Level 1 issues
• Assign Level 2+ issues appropriately
• Provide accurate statuses and comprehensive updates
• Documentation of Processes
• Provide 1:1 support when necessary

Position Qualifications:

• Required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Level 1 Support position
  • Experience with customer communication
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft and Azure users, groups, roles, etc.
• Preferred
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Pax8
  • Interest Security and/or Network Operations

This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to work from our Babylon, NY office.
