Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dayton, OH. This position is responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks in homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Day-to-day work may include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, trash removal, window washing, carpet care, and general tidying and organization according to client specifications and company standards. The role involves following established checklists, using cleaning products and equipment safely, and reporting any issues or maintenance needs. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to be punctual, reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional, respectful manner.
Qualifications

• Experience in residential environments, including Home Cleaning and House Cleaning skills.
• Experience in Commercial Cleaning settings, with the ability to follow client-specific requirements.
• Ability to perform Window Cleaning tasks safely and effectively, including interior and accessible exterior surfaces.
• Knowledge of Carpet care, such as vacuuming, spot treatment, and use of appropriate cleaning methods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.
• Strong time-management skills and reliability in following schedules and instructions.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with diverse clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn company procedures; prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from work sites in Dayton, OH.
