We are seeking a charismatic and high-energy Host/Live Streaming Sales Associate to lead our fast-paced diamond auction shows on platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot. This role requires a natural entertainer who can engage audiences, showcase premium diamonds with expertise, and drive sales through dynamic live interactions. As the face of our brand, you will create an exciting auction environment that captivates viewers and converts engagement into purchases.

Responsibilities

• Host live auction streams lasting 6-8 hours with an engaging and energetic presence
• Manage fast-paced auctions including countdowns maximize urgency and sales
• Showcase fine diamonds and jewelry, highlighting key qualities such as cut, clarity, and value
• Interact actively with viewers by responding to chat, politely and positively handling objections, and building a loyal community
• Collaborate with moderators, product runners, and backend teams to ensure seamless auction flow and accurate inventory tracking
• Utilize retail math skills to support pricing and sales strategies during streams
• Moderate content and maintain a positive, professional live environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in live sales hosting
• High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred
• Ability to relocate and commute to Las Vegas, NV 89103 for in-person work
• Regular attendance and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live streaming platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot
• Strong sales techniques and public speaking skills
• Knowledge and natural ability to engage customers as well and social media marketing
• Familiarity with jewelry and diamonds, including the 4 Cs (Carat, Cut, Clarity, Color)
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
