Native Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Bilingual Community Health Worker to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)

• Passion for helping others and serving the community

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Comfortable conducting outreach, health education, and patient navigation

• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in community outreach, healthcare, or social services preferred
