New Agent Success Program | Licensed or Unlicensed Candidates Welcome
We’re growing and looking for motivated professionals interested in building a career in insurance and financial services.
With Open Enrollment season approaching, now is the time to get licensed, trained, contracted, and prepared to hit the ground running—while building the skills and strategy to grow your business throughout 2027.
Whether you’re already licensed or completely new to the industry, our New Agent Success Program (NASP) provides structured training, mentorship, and support to help you get started and grow.
- Discounted Life & Health licensing course for unlicensed candidates
- Licensing exam preparation
- Step-by-step onboarding and carrier contracting
- E&O coverage provided
- Product and sales training
- Marketing and lead-generation strategies
- Live mentorship and ongoing coaching
- Hybrid training for local agents
- Virtual training for qualified out-of-state agents
- Help individuals and families understand insurance and financial protection options
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Develop your own client base through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
No prior insurance experience is required.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable communicating and building relationships
- Interested in helping families make informed financial decisions
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to complete required licensing and background requirements
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Commission-based compensation + performance bonuses
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Flexible schedule
- Local hybrid training with Thursday in-office sessions
- Virtual training available for qualified out-of-state agents
