What You’ll Do:

• Perform detailed residential and commercial property inspections across the Portland metro area.

• Generate clear, comprehensive digital reports adhering to our 24-hour turnaround standard.

• Guide clients and real estate agents through inspection findings with clear, jargon-free communication.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Active Oregon Home Inspector License (OCHI) in good standing is required.

• Reliable personal vehicle for daily field travel (with valid driver's license and clean record).

• Physical capability to navigate ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and attics.

• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.

• Experience in residential and/or commercial inspections is strongly preferred.
