Job description

Western (Physician/MD qualifications required) Internal Medicine - Seeking Primary care Physician for a stress-free practice with limited patient ratios and physician friendly environment. Our client is a leading health company dedicated to improving lives and communities - and making healthcare simpler.

No Calls. Fixed hours M-F.
Valley's largest multi-specialty group practices with over 20 offices located throughout metropolitan Phoenix. Many are equipped with several medical specialists under one roof, so referrals or additional diagnostic needs can be quickly obtained. The physician will provide primary care for patients deemed to fall within the scope of practice of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Diagnoses and treats patients for disorders on a general level, without restriction to special systems or regions of the body; serves as the general practitioner to patients for general diagnostic and therapeutic medical care.
Our physicians are at the frontline of delivering our mission, we take a more holistic approach to healthcare and well-being, which includes innovative preventive care services, health improvement programs, as well as cutting-edge healthcare treatments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position is responsible for providing excellent care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
2. This is specifically for adult medicine and geriatric medicine.
3. The incumbent must be effective in unifying the business, operational, support and clinical arms into a cohesive team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MD or DO Degree
Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (new grads welcome)
Active and unrestricted AZ medical license
Outpatient practice experience, preferred
Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word|Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems
Demonstrates flexibility
Displays excellent|compassionate communication skills with staff and patients
Epic experience, a plus - not required
