RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships by providing consistent support and clear communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals to drive agency growth and individual success
- Experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
- Strong interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers.
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license as well as a Life & Health insurance license.
