    Responsibilities:
    • Answer phone calls and take pizza orders with enthusiasm and accuracy.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
    • Manage the cash register and process payments efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
    • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize sales.
    • Complete phone orders & learn procedures.
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry.
    • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
    • Passion for pizza and a commitment to providing great service.
    • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
